Please ensure that your printer is using the Xerox Driver. If it is not, or if you are not seeing the correct settings, please delete and reinstall the printer using the Xerox Smart Start – Driver.


1. When printing;


    a. If you are printing from Adobe, when you go to print, select printer properties.

                                        

 b. If you are printing from Chrome, click on More settings > Print using system dialog 

Then choose Preferences


2. Click on Print settings and then from job type select Secure Print

                                


3. This will now allow you to enter a passcode that you will be prompted at the printer to enter.


                                


4. On the printer select Jobs from the main screen of Apps.

5. Select Secure Jobs in the top right-hand corner.

6. You will then be able to select your job from the list and enter the passcode you provided.


macOS

1. When printing;

  a. If you are printing from Chrome click on More Settings then Print using system dialog

















b. If you are printing from Adobe, click on Printer


2. Click on the i beside Xerox Features


3. Change Job Type from Normal Print to Secure Print

4. Enter Passcode, and print 


5. On the printer select Jobs from the main screen of Apps.


6. Select Secure Jobs in the top right-hand corner.

6. You will then be able to select your job from the list and enter the passcode you provided.
