As of June 15, 2022 Microsoft is no longer offering internet explorer. Since Opera does not work with other browsers this does present a bit of a problem. Microsoft has created a workaround with "Internet Explorer Mode" in Microsoft Edge.
On a computer that has been configured correctly when you open a webpage in Edge it will have a button with a small internet explorer icon and a larger folder as in the following picture.
Once you click that button the webpage will open in Internet Explorer Mode and you will be given some options, click to toggle "Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time". This will need to be done around every month or so unless there is an update that either shortens that time or makes it more permanent.
Please keep in mind that there are additional configurations needed so if Internet Explorer is still available on your computer stick with that option.
