If you notice that one of the hallway TVs is turned off or showing “No Signal” there are some things you can do to try and get it back up.



  • If the TV is turned off you can use one of the black remotes that are used to control the room TVs.  


  • Press the power button once to power the TV on.  Tap the power button again to switch to photo mode which is what all the hallway TVs should be on.  Every floor will have a different photograph.
 


If the TV cycles through “The Frame” or has green coloured lines there is likely a hardware issue with it and a ticket should be sent to IS by emailing help@centurygroup.ca.  Let your leader know when you send in a ticket so duplicate tickets are not made.
