1. If there is beeping out of the intercom

    1. Find out which phone called the Room

    2. Dial the extension for the affected intercom room

    3. Turn off Hold

  2. If there is music playing out of the intercom

    1. Find out which phone called the Room

    2. Dial the extension for the affected intercom room

    3. Select conference

    4. click the ‘End Conference’ button in the bottom left
