1. If there is beeping out of the intercom

    • Find out which phone called the Room

    • Dial the extension for the affected intercom room

    • Turn off Hold

  2. If there is music playing out of the intercom

    • Find out which phone called the Room

    • Dial the extension for the affected intercom room

    • Select conference

    • click the ‘End Conference’ button in the bottom left

  3. If this does not work please put in a ticket with IS by emailing help@centurygroup.ca.
