In Gmail settings there are options to change your set signature under Settings > General.
If you do this YOUR SIGNATURE WILL CHANGE BACK EVERY WEEK!
We DO NOT recommend changing your signature.
If any changes are made to your signature, every weekend your signature will change back to the company standard. We do this order to keep the signatures consistent throughout the company. This will also help us to ensure that information on your signature is correct, such as our soon to change Head Office address.
If you need any changes made to your signature such as name changes, credentials added, phone number changed, etc. please put in a ticket by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll consult with HR and make the necessary changes for you.
