Adding the Company directory

  1. Go into Settings > Mail > Accounts
  2. Select Add Account
  3. Choose Microsoft Exchange
  4. Enter your email in the field provided and I would recommend entering your email address again in the description.
  5. Choose Next, and you will receive a pop-up, choose "Configure Manually"
  6. Enter the password generated under the App password using these steps:
  7. In Chrome, click on your avatar in the top right corner and select Manage your Google account.

  8. On the left side of your screen select Security and then select App Passwords.

  9. From the drop-down menus select Contacts and iPhone/iPad (depending on the device you’re configuring). 

  10. Click Generate.

  11. You’ll be presented with a unique app password. Copy this password and use it on step 6.

  12. Click Next.
  13. Under Server enter "m.google.com and under username enter your email address again.
  14. Turn off everything other than contacts and save.


Accessing Contacts on the Directory


  1. If you are in your Phone app, you can select contacts from the bottom middle of the app, or you can open the Contacts app.
  2. Select "Groups" from the top left corner.
  3. When setting up if you put in your email in the description, you will click on "youremail@centurygroup.ca Global Address List"
  4. This will bring up a list of "No Contacts" but if you search in the search bar on the top middle of the screen, you can see results from our company directory.
