To Find the Company Directory: In Gmail click the arrow next to "mail" and click "contacts"
Alternatively: Open up a google app (Gmail, Calendar etc) and click the google apps button.
Choose "contacts"
You can either do a search for a specific contact along the top or click the directory which will bring up the entire directory that you can search through manually.
