Some recent web software vulnerabilities have made Yardi inaccessible via Internet Explorer (Yardi's web browser of choice).
A long term solution should be available within a few weeks from Microsoft, Yardi, and other web softwares we use (eg: Halogen, Comvida, etc.)
As a workaround, try making the following settings in Internet Explorer:
Click the TOOL icon in the top right corner of Explorer.
Select INTERNET OPTIONS.
Select the ADVANCED tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the list of check boxes and check "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.0", and "Use TLS 1.2".
Note that "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" should also be checked.
Click OK.
Connections to Yardi should now work.
