You can easily add your Google account to an Apple iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), giving you access to email, contacts, and calendars from wherever you are.
Note that accessing your account will use your device's data connection, so if using a personally-owned device, you may be subject to data charges from your cellular services carrier.
Press SETTINGS and then slide down to MAIL, CONTACTS, CALENDARS.
Press ADD ACCOUNT, and then select GOOGLE.
Type in your full email address and Google password in the two fields and then press SIGN IN.
On the next screen you'll see a notification of what information the phone will be able to access. Click ALLOW.
On the next screen, turn on all of the services (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Notes) and press SAVE.
The account has now been added to your device and can be accessed via the Mail, Contacts, and Calendar apps.
